I would definitely recommend eating back a reasonable amount of those exercise calories since your calorie goal is so low.

For the sad lonely overweight single. Enjoy.
-
I can't even begin to figure out what that would accomplish.

What a bizarre reason to cut out something. They do make infusion water bottles where you can add your own fruit/veggies/herbs to flavor your water. But I don't see an anti-Trump diet resolution being very successful.

I would think if your body is filled with dangerous parasites you need a doctor not a diet.

I enjoy snowshoeing - have only done it a few times though. If you have an REI near you they do classes on it. I know at one of the parks here in WA they do a ranger led show shoe for beginners - might want to see if anywhere near you offers that. I just went with some other people who had been a few times before to a…

You should update it about every 10 lbs or so. It might prompt you to but it isn't automatic.
-
I consider MFP's protein goal to be an absolute minimum. Not a max.
-
No. Don't do ridiculous cleanses, detoxes or whatever nonsense that will magically make you lose 10 lbs in 10 minutes.
-
Totally this. Adding flavor doesn't stop it from being water. But I am adequately hydrated so I don't bother tracking it.
-
Seriously. My dog starts tapping me and getting demanding when it is walk time.
-
If you are "in no means overweight" as you say then a pound a week likely isn't a realistic weight loss goal.
-
It took me 50lbs to go down a pant size and even then I barely fit in the smaller size. I was even doing strength training and working out but it didn't make any difference.
-
I don't label my food as good or bad - it is just food. And I don't punish myself for eating it.
-
My kitty is lazy. I'd get something like Kitty took 14 steps today (and that's only because the dog was chasing him) and slept for 23.5 hours.

Eat chocolate. If you get a nice good quality dark chocolate you may find it takes less to satisfy the craving.
-
Yeah no. Day or Night if you eat too many calories you'll gain weight. Day or night if you eat in a deficit you'll lose weight. You don't magically gain 20 lbs because you ate a cracker after 7pm.
-
Sorry you wasted your money - is it too late to return it?
-
Time to find a new trainer.

I think you're a little hangry. Do you just want to be told you're a special snowflake and it is totally out of your control that you're not losing weight or did you actually want helpful suggestions which people gave (and then you got angry about)?? No one accused you of anything.

If you're eating the calories MFP calculated for you then (if done accurately) you're doing CICO.

Did you log in 3 days ago? If you don't log in it will break your streak. If you did log in there's a link to reset it. Someone will probably post it or you can look in the troubleshooting forum.

You're this upset over 77 calories of delicious chocolate? Life happens - no need to cut out everything enjoyable and make yourself sick over it.
-
How's your logging? Usually I see folks who are stuffed silly on extremely low calories aren't the most accurate at logging.
-
What did MFP tell you when you set up your profile? Start by eating that amount.
-
I just printed the report and handed it to him (when I had a trainer).
-
Good luck with that - I have contacted them 3 times with my sync issues and they can not even begin to help.
-
Eat less. 500 calories would take me like 4 hours in the gym or a very serious hike - nothing quick about it. Good luck!
-
I guess if you want to sit in a chair and swing your arms a bit or even put your fitbit on your dog or child to rack up steps as long as you're getting the results you want does it matter what anyone else thinks? The scale will tell you all you need to know.

(S)He who eats the most and still loses wins. You can starve yourself and lose weight in any number of unhealthy ways or you can lose in a healthy sustainable manner. Depends if your goal is just to be skinny or to be healthy also.
