Hmmm, Without access to a track and not being able to sprint on a treadmill (too scary for me) I'm not sure how to get some HIIT into my work out. I will check the links. I'm doing a combo of No More Trouble Zones one day, and then - Banish Fat Boot Metabolism the next. Each are fifty five minutes. 30 second circuits. I drank all my calories for eight weeks and lost fifteen pounds. I also had a broken jaw. :glasses: I felt great though, despite the broken jaw. Now who wants to break my jaw for me? :laugh:

I add fresh passion fruit or chinola and alittle fresh local honey. Passion fruit is tart, but it seems to go nice. I wish I could find fage in Canada. The greek yogurt I find here is over processed and has no where near as much protein. Sad face.

I often would walk up to 12 miles a day, usually only seven to ten while in the Dominican. Mind you it was on a beach, but I see no problem with this much walking.
