I also eat oatmeal for breakfast, But if I'm in a hurry I take half a cup of cottage cheese and mix in a small container of yogurt. I get my protein and dairy, and it is pretty filling.

Hello I too have had both knees replaced, and both hips twice. My last was in 2012 and I ended up with drop foot, My mobility is limited. I think I might look into Yoga, maybe I will feel better about myself if I an do a couple of yoga moves.

I've done that too and it is very good also I use almond milk, cocoa, vanilla a third of banana and about 15 ice cubes. Put it in my Ninja and blend until creamy. kind of reminds me of a Wendys frosty. Yummy
