Simply eat a healthy dinner right before you go over there. If you feel you will offend her by not eating with her then eat a healthy light dinner and then have 2 thin crust pieces of pizza when you get there. Although she should understand and support you wanting to eat healthier.

P90x is only an hour a day and keeps you on a disciplined routine. I heard Insanity was only circa 30 minutes a day.

I would say I am a new runner. I am 25 years old and have been playing sports my whole life. I lift 3-4 days a week but can't stand running on the treadmill.
