I have found sometimes if consistent exercise is a problem, sometimes just changing your lifestyle to add a little more movement CA help. :) Like parking further from the doors to the store. For myself on work days I'm too tired usually to exercise when I get home. So I'll maybe walk the hospital a couple times, or squat…

Ok so I hate drama so I'll only say this once... I've read some of your other posts, Grinder and you seem to be very negative or overly competitive... To me those are both rather debilitating traits.. Especially when trying to lose weight... Perhaps a friendly challenge group isn't for you. Yes, the purple group (see how I…

Well, week two of no weight loss for me, I tend to spend about 2 weeks bloated right before menstruating (super frustrating! :( ) BUT I am now fitting a size smaller in underwear and my scrubs for work are fitting better. So even if the scale isn't showing improvement right now, everything else is and that's a win for me.…

My problem is I need A LOT of protein or I get hypoglycemic... So eating even less than 1200 calories would make me ill. I start seeing a nutritionist next month. So we'll see. The lbs aren't shedding like I'd like, but I'm fitting clothing better. So who knows lol

Hey Pink Team. :) Sorry I kinda disappeared this week, first week at work after having a week off, so feeling pretty tired. Went a couple days without working out due to exhaustion, so I cut my calories even more in those days. Everyone keep up the good work! Grinder, more organized, how? If you have suggestions, share…

No weight lost this week, unfortunately. :( I mean, I think there is, because my face is still thinning... But I'm pmsing and thus not seeing anything on the scale this week. Sooo discouraging..

That's great, Melban, congratulations for sticking to it! Personally I love stationary bikes. :) I'd rather use those or a treadmill vs going outside any day as I'm severely asthmatic and pollen/cut grass/dust/weather all play a huge part in my attacks. But my stationary is broken atm. >.<

SW: 232 CW: 226.2 NSV: Fought through exhaustion, asthma, and aches and didn't miss a single walk or workout during my 6 day break from work. :)

I'm a student for veterinary medicine. :) Due to moving and having to deal with residency crap when I moved from Texas back home to California, I'm just finishing my prerequisites to transfer to the vet tech program. I always said if I decide to go on to a 4-year (got my heart set on UC, Davis!) I'd never live on campus…

Every forum has trolls. :) Don't get discouraged. I will admit when I saw the thread title I thought it was something like binge eating! Then I read it and was like "Oh that's it?" But people set different expectations for themselves. :) If yours is to keep your carb numbers and blood sugar levels under a certain level…

My name is Liz, I'm a 22 year old veterinary assistant in Northern California, I want to lose 100 lbs by January 2015. I am a mother to 4 dogs and one cat - all rescues. I am also the mother to one little girl, named Kylee who got her wings during my 4th month of pregnancy. I am the aunt of one beautiful step-niece from my…
