I had bad hip pain from my half marathon training runs and this really helps. I do this stretch right before I run and i no longer have pain. Gotta hang in there for the…

Bring a steak knife along to cut the air before you chew it and swallow. There really isn't anything else you can do other than embrace the suck and push through. And hydrate.

I could say a lot about the subject, but I could never say it better that the owner of the gym I used to train at. Without further ado, I give you Mark Rippetoe's take on the matter: Crossfit: The Good, The Bad, The Ugly By Mark Rippetoe Here's what you need to know... • CrossFit has done an incredibly good job at…

Going to GNC was your first mistake. They're vultures who get paid to upsell, kinda like the sales reps at Verizon who wait just inside the door to pounce on their next unsuspecting victim. Bottom line is hard work works. There is no "magic pill" or "follow this one weird trick that scientists have discovered" that will…

Doesn't take too many "splurges" or "binges" to destroy what progress you've (presumably) made during the week. If you're doing this every weekend, you'll never get anywhere.

This is exactly what I've been doing and I'm down 19 lbs. and counting (15 lbs. before I joined MFP). I powerlift on M,W,F and run hill sprints and row 5k's on a C2 rower on T,TH. My bench is 405, squat is 455 and deadlift is 520. So yes it is possible to lose weight(fat) while building muscle. You're on the right track if…
