  • We bought a filtered pitcher and a couple of reusable water bottles. We spent about $50 and it's been great. We save money, we have clean water, and we're not throwing plastic bottles into landfills. If you haven't already, I would look into something like that. We particularly like Kleen Kanteens.

  • That happens to me too. I gain a few pounds right before, and then in the middle of my cycle, I lose it, and sometimes a few more.
  • I have bad knees and can not walk on the treadmill at all. I always use the elliptical, because it puts less strain on my knees. I would try that. It's the same type of exercise, just a little less stress on the knees.
