I just had my 2nd session. It certainly took me out of my comfort zone, but as they say, that's where the magic happens :) I quite like it, she pushes me to my limit. I was pleasantly surprised.

You are doing great! Getting your body going is key. You can always add to your workouts. I started out with walking (slowly) for just a few minutes because I got so winded.
