  • It will go off eventually.. I am at my last 10 punds to loose and its only now that I see some shrinkage. My belly definately seems less 'dense' if that makes any sense. Dont do useless torso exercises they dont help. Spot reduction was debunked ages ago. Keep dropping weight, belly fat is the last to go.

  • yes this sucks bad. Chocolate and junkfood in general cannot sustain you however they do give a bit of an energy boost. Sooner or later your body will start craving real food instead of empty calories and then your weight loss will get in trouble or worse. Start eating real slow food, there are plenty of delicious options.

  • as far as your metabolism goes it simply doesnt care if you get 2200 cals in one meal or in 6 different meals. what matters is what is comfortable for you to make your diet sustainable. get it wrong and you will find yourself bingeing just because you spread your meals wrong.
