I've had platonic friendships with men for decades. There's never been an issue.

Obviously.

You cannot spot reduce. There is no specific exercise that will target the area you're currently concerned about. Your body loses fat where it wants to and there's no way to predict or target that.
-
Just buy one that is labeled low sodium?
-
Simple answer is no, a girdle will do absolutely nothing for long term management of lower belly fat.

Nick Cave (with Kylie Minogue) "Henry Lee" Get down, get down, little Henry Lee And stay all night with me You won't find a girl in this damn world That will compare with me And the wind did howl and the wind did blow La la la la la La la la la lee A little bird lit down on Henry Lee I can't get down and I won't get down…

Siouxsie and the Banshees "Rawhead and Bloody Bones" sung in a lullaby like fashion Bad word, Or bad deed, Unpunished invites grief, Here's Rawhead and Bloodybones Reaching from Dark cupboard Crouching under stair, Lurking in chimney, Pond or well We're down here, Held here Dragged here And drowned here by Rawhead and…

Well okay then. Both those things give me horrible heartburn, so I won't be doing that. But thanks for sharing?

This. OP, re-read what you wrote. If someone else had written it, would you think they were thinking or acting rationally? Try regrouping and rethinking this, maybe a little less maniacally this time. And please try to get some help if you really are suicidal.

Yeah that does suck. Don't do it again. (also the gain is likely just from sodium, it's pretty hard to gain a significant amount in such a short time)
-
The difference is body fat %

So why not start now? I would if I were you.

Waist training is actually a real thing. Yes you can lose inches off your waist. But that requires tight lacing 23 hours a day, only taking it off to shower. And it must be a real corset custom made for your body with steel boning. These cost hundreds to thousands of dollars. If the corset is not made to fit your body it…

If you like being pandered to, then yes that site is very helpful. But in reality, there is no specific body shape diet. It makes no difference whatsoever.

Carbs have zero to do with weight loss. If you are in a calorie deficit, carbs are not going to prevent you from losing weight.
-
From the Unjury site: It actually seems to have a decent calorie/macro ratio but who knows what it tastes like. It is definitely NOT a zero calorie product. And I agree with the numerous posters who say that any protein powder labeled specifically for women is a scam trying to get your money. There is no difference. I…

I do like cabbage in Tom Ka Pak (thai coconut soup). It's super yummy.

It's likely from eating prepackaged foods that you're eating more than you think you are. Are they labeled with nutritional info by weight? Buy your own food. Buy a food scale. Weigh all your food whether it's prepacked or not. Make sure it fits into your calorie goal. Viola, weight loss.

I'm confused, how is a pill to elevate testosterone a diet pill? And AFAIK, there are no effective OTC meds that will actually raise your testosterone level.
-
I usually shy from low calorie alternatives, but damn I want this.

FWIW: Actually as it turns out I can't. I lifted weights for a couple years and lost a lot of weight and looked pretty good. I ate what I wanted in moderation. But then I started experiencing extreme pain in my left leg. Turns out I have a bone tumor in my hip that now prevents me from doing most exercises such as squats.…

And after posting on the board for the first time in several months, it sure didn't take long to be called a cyberbully. *curtsy*
-
Yeah, still condescending. I actually find it really amusing and even a little endearing that you find moderation to be "normal" and a point of insult. If anything, moderation is the opposite of the norm. Either overindulging or severely restricting yourself is the norm from what I can see. If eating in moderation/IIFYM…

The word Freak...

I'll never be normal. Giving up the stuff I love will not make me less normal. What it will do is make me say eff this. So I'll just keep eating the things I love and occasionally drinking if I want to. Everything in moderation keeps me from giving up.

The pain is when I direct my leg out to the side, if that makes sense. Doesn't matter what the exercise is. Just squats are the thing I was doing most that requires my leg to go in that direction. I don't mean knock-kneed. Maybe it's just my anatomy. I mean with my knees and feet just straight forward. Yeah kinda looks…

It's the knees out that hurts. Don't know if front squats will change that. Was meaning to look into front squat form before I injured my elbow.
-
I've seen guys in wheelchairs at the gym weightlifting. All upper body stuff. Benchpress, chinups, dumbbells, etc.
-
And my post has fallen off the page. Basically what I'm asking is this: squats with knees apart hurt, squats with knees together don't. Is there any reason not to do them with knees together?
-
Do not care. They keep me satiated during my commute so I don't eat stupid bus station food.
