First of all CONGRATS!!!! I started off doing well on MFP but soon began to struggle to get the weight off. I had been going to the gym, eat well but it just would not come off. Thanks! I did find a site, however not sure how accurate. I entered my numbers and it says 1202 calories burned...don't think it was that many. Thanks for the suggestion of the monitor.
