I was drinking every day. My choice was whiskey (6 - 8 0z) chased with soda (12 oz). May double that on some occasions. When I couldn't fit into fat clothes anymore, I had to change something. It was hard at first and I thought maybe I'd need some help but after a week or so, I started feeling a WHOLE LOT BETTER. Now, I…

I do cardio every time I go to the gym. Today was 35 minutes on the treadmill at a 3% incline at 3.5 MPH followed by 35 minutes on an elliptical trainer. Then on to weights, today being upper body. I alternate upper and lower body days when I weight train.

Hey, I'm new too. I don't know how much you were eating before your latest BMI but it reads like you're not eating enough. If you eat too few calories, you're body will go into starvation mode and store your consumed calories as fat while living off of your muscles. I'm not in any way an expert but I can tell you my…
