That is SO awesome! I need to keep losing and I'm just so stuck right now. I think you are such a wonderful example! Thanks for posting this. And you look GREAT by the way!

I ave the same issue! And I would like to know what others do too, cuz I agree if you have enough left over then why not. Sometimes you need to, and if it wont hurt anything then I say go for it! But I am somewhat new at this so I could be totally wrong. Good luck either way.

That is wonderful, keep up the good work!

My sister in law is on that and she's lost weight, and doesn't eat exactly what they say. She picks certain foods in the diet she likes and eats those. She works with the diet but with the foods and stuff she will actually eat. I hope that kinda helps some. Good luck!

I'm 5'10 and my goal weight is, as of right now, around 150 lbs. I think 150-175 l bs is normal healthy weight, but I'm almost 175 now and that isn't small enough yet for me. I guess it all depends on each person and what they feel comfortable with. I've lost 55lbs and I don't feel small enough yet eiether. So you are not…

Thanks everyone! You have all made me feel better, it's just hard to not get discouraged sometimes. And I am 5'10, so I'm not sure if that makes a huge difference or not. Also, I know some people say the last 10 lbs or so are hard, but I've got like 20-25 lbs to go, if that's where I am comfortable. I will try and do more…

This was great to read, and I have a hard time with the boring part to when I'm inside. I am more of a walker(I have bad knee pain), but I've been wanting to try to run more....so I think I will! Thanks for the post, it was encouraging.

I have the same type of problem a lot of days. When I need to eat more calories and have no or very little sugar left. So, I try and eat some raw carrots or cucumbers, something like that. Or even like cheese its or something similar to that. That's just what I do. Hope it helps.

You can do this! You have already lost 60 lbs you said, and that is awesome! Don't get down and worry about what you look like. You are a beautiful person alreasdy, you can get it done. Just keep up the good work with the food and just add some exercise for some extra tone and definition. Good luck and you can do it.

I'm 5'10 and I started somewhere around 44 and now I'm at 41 with 28 lbs lost. So, arouns 3 inches since March. Not what I want, but better than before.

Those all look really good, and yet they seem like they are so simple to make! That's a huge plus for me because I am NOT a cooking type person and they all seem pretty easy, even for me. Thanks for the site, and good job!

I a feeling kind of the same way too. I guess were not alone at least. Another thing I've noticed is things just don't taste the same to me....if I do have a burger or ice cream it's not as satisfying as it used to be. But, I think that's a good thing! Good luck on your journey.

You can do it! You've already done half that now, I know you've got this. Congrats on getting married and losing what you've lost already. That's wonderful!

Thanks everyone! I really appretiate all of the feedback. I will try these and see how it works for me. Thanks again!

Wow, that is sad, but I totally agree. Sometimes I feel uncomfortable asking questions or whatever....We should all be here to help, not hurt. You are right. People need to feel comfortable enough to ask ofr help or post different things. Sometimes this site is all the support they have. Good post!!

Awesome job, and good luck with the last few lbs!

Thank you all for the wonderful, kind words of encouragement. It's nice to hear that someone else can really tell the difference. Sometimes we can't see it ourselves. Thank you all so much!

Thanks! I was so clueless....

I count it all as water. I drink tea and flavored drinks sometimes and it's basically water, just adding something to it. That's just how I do it, I don't know about everyone else.

Bump. I totally agree and understand where you are coming from. I try to do everything on my own and I know that I need God to help me and guide me. I just nee to learn how to let Him be in control, over everything, not just my weight. There's lots of things I don't let go and I keep holding on to and I need to stop but…

I would say yes. Because you should have at least 1200 cal. a day minimum. Hope that helps. Good job on all the good eating!

I would love to see more pics of before and after. I am about 5ft 10 or 5ft 11 and my highest weight was 235. When I started MFP I was down to 206 and now I am stuck at 182ish.....I need inspiration! And all of the pics look so great! It's so funny how different bodies look. I had a goal weight of 150-175 and I'm almost to…
