I know what you mean! I weighed about 176 in July or August, and now I am up to 186 and can't get myself under control. But, we went shopping tonight and got np junk! All fruits, veggies, chicken, and turkey burgers. I pray that I can lose this weight!

Cute! He's already mine too!

I 5'10 and currently at 186 lbs. I had gotten down to 176 lbs but couldn't lose anymore and gave up. So, I gained 10 lbs! Yikes! Anyways, I'd like to be in the middle of my "healthy" weight which is about 150 lbs. If I am small enough in the belly then I will be happy there, I've got too much of a gut right now! Feel free…

That's a good idea but I'm not much of a cooker, so idk what all to put in there with it, or how to seaon it. I'll try that though, I'll make my hubby do it, lol!
-
LOL! Well now I know, thanks Faye! I never have either so I'm totally lost!
-
I would buy a magical machine that helped me eat better and look a whole lot better!

I'm 27 and looking to lose about 35 more lbs, so feel free to add me if you'd like. I have been struggling the past few months and I am about to start trying again and really do my best to lose this weight. Good luck and God bless!

Yes they had kids together but to me that doesn't mean that she is their daughter in law. I am since I am married to him, and have been for 7 years.
-
They have been divorced for 8 years, and we have been married for 7! And pretty much all of the in laws are on all the time. So, those things are what makes it hard for me. As far as I know, fb hasn't even been around for 8 years or longer so she certainly wasn't family when they did it. Thanks for posting!

Congrats! A baby is such a blessing from God, and I think it's great that you are trying to keep the baby healthy and not worry too much about gaining weight. It's good to stay healthy and still eat and keep your baby healthy too. Great job and keep it up!

Thanks for the info! I will try to drink less water for sure now!
-
I didn't think there was such a thing as too mich water, lol. Thanks! Also, what kinds of food do you make? I'm not much of a cooker so what can I buy/make that isn't processed or prepackaged?

A few lbs. but that is on top of the other 3lbs or so I've benn trying to get rid of for 2 months now. Nothing is working! I still want to be around 150lbs and am stuck at around 178, it's driving me crazy too cuz 174 is a healthy bmi and "normal weight"!
-
I love it too! Abby and Gibbs are my fave!
-
I have her 3 mile walk video. I like it cuz you can go at your own pace and it breaks it down to 1 mile at a time per 15 min. She is really nice and makes it easy to follow, and enjoy!

I weigh everything cooked, but that's just me. I don't know how it's supposed to be done or if it matters.
-
Count me in, my belly is the WORST area for me, it's gotta go! What kinds of exercise ideas does anyone have? I know crunches but what all things are you all going to be doing? I need ideas.

Bump. I have the same problem, minus the weight lifting. I'm just plain stuck and can't go down and get discouraged because when I am under everything I still don't lose weight!
-
That is so great! WTG!

Thanks everyone!

I am not great with exercise either but I started 30DS and had the same problem. You should try and keep going. The pain goes away after the first 3-7 days depending on your body. It hurt so bad at first but I promise it does go away. Just do it at your own pace, it's not a big deal. I still can't do some of the stuff the…
