I had been doing 30DS for the 1st time but had to quit because we moved and that took a whole week of craziness. How is it better than 30DS? Because 30DS to me is kinda hard to keep up with at times.I just wondered in what ways you like this dvd better. Thanks! Good luck. :smile:

I totally understand where you are coming from. I'm a standstill, fighting with 2 to 5 lbs for the last 2months and I'm going crazy! What is the whole zig zag thing about?

You can feel free to friend me, I have been stuck in a battle with the same 2 to 5 lbs for like 2 months now. It's driving me crazy, but I know it's my fault cuz I need to step it up, I just can't seem to get it through to myslef! Good luck, and it's good that your back on here, you can do it!!!!

I would say to look at JC Penny, Sears, or Kohls. They usually have great clearence prices.

I hate level 2! It's so hard on me and I feel like I just can't do all of the exercises right!

That is part of the reason level 2 is so hard for me too.....I'm not strong in the upper body at all so it kills me. The chair squat with the V arm raises hurts me soooo bad, lol.

Ok, I can do that. I can certainly tell a big difference from missing 2 days! Last night was almost as hard as day 1 level 1. I am also no losing weight yet, I've gained around a lb so far....so I hope that it does go down. Where does everyone hurt? My legs are usually the worst, and my arms some. But I notice that my abs…

Bump, my belly needs to go away! I hate it, but I am working on it with 30DS so we'll see in 21 days. So far I don't seem to be smaller.

Good job! I am on Day 6 right now, and hoping that I can do level 2 and 3! I think I might do level 1 for the whole 30 days, but we'll see. Great job, I hope I can lose that much too! :smile:

I'm 5'10 and my hopeful ultimate goal is 15o also. Anywhere between that and 165 or so, depends on my stomach! Anyone can add me if they'd like to. The more support the better! :wink:

I do the same thing pretty much. I plan out as much of my food as I can so I know what I will have left.

Leslie Sansone has a 3 mile walk dvd, and each mile is 15 min. You don't just walk though she adds other little things in there to get ya going.

Go Team Blue!!!!! I just found this today so now I know how many cals to burn and wow I hope I can do that! I did 30DS for the 1st time last nite and that was 215 cals I think so now today I'm doing that and something more. Wish me luck and pray for me blue team!

I just started today too, and it was so hard for me to do. I hope I can finish and actually do all of the workouts staright through. Today I had to stop a few times cuz it was killin me....but I wanna do better and progress more. Hoping that I will lose inches and lbs both! Good luck, feel free to add me for support.

I am in the same place right now! I don't exercise as hard core as you but I totally feel the same way. I'm doing/eating the same things and still batteling the same few lbs back and forth. Good luck, hopefully some answers will help. :smile:
