I'm 5'10 and my goal weight is between 150 and 175, but closer to 150 cuz I'm almost 175 now and the belly is TOO BIG! How do I know if I am a large frame? I think I am but not totally sure....any suggestions? Thanks!

I was 235 at my highest and was 206 when I started on MFP. I've gotten dow to as low as 175, but with moving and traveling and things I keep yo yoing around 178 or so. I can't seem to get lower, even now that I am starting to exercise. It's cool that your my size, haha. Thanks!

I have 30 day shred but I just haven't tried it yet. I need a dvd player in my basement, bad excuse i know. But I am a little scared of it too from what I hear all of these are killer workouts, and I'm afraid I can't do them cuz I'm new to exercise and not up to those kinds of levels yet......Maybe they have an "easier"…

I know you are right, bad things are really good for you. I hope that I do get better, I have just been exercising for the past few weeks and I hope to get better and do more. Right now I can only do the elliptical for 10 min but I also walk around my neighborhood and it's uphill and downhill so I'm working on it. I wanna…

lol, yeah I was the same way before. I would diet but not exercise. But now I have been trying the past few weeks and it tstinks! But I am getting better at some things. Thanks

I get in the pool all the time like that. I actually just did it one day last week,. It's safe, don't worry! I do it all the time.

Don't worry about venting, and you are doing good! Don't think that you have nothing to be proud of. You said you lost 6lbs and 2 inches in 11 days, that's great!!!!!! Don't be so down, you have to take care of your body. Good luck!

I could only do 5 min before and now for the past 2 days I have been doing 10 min. It;s not 60 but a small step towards it. GREAT JOB!!!

Yes, I have gained 3 lbs since yesterday, and 2 since a few days ago....NOT FUN. So altogether I've gained 5 lbs in just a few days, and I just got my TOM yesterday, it sucks! Cuz it takes me a week or 2 to get the weight back off! I wish I could do better.

I am almost exacty the same weight and height as you, and I don't get those type of comments, because I still look heavy :/ I think it is a good things that you are trying to be healthy, and I would just try and not let the comments bother you. As long as you are being healthy....then keep up the good work and you do what…

I totally understand where you are coming from, I am going through the same thing. I have lost 55 lbs from eating better and trying to get some exercise, but I have to do it alone too, am on a budget and also have a few workout things at home. But I am so lazy and unable to get motivated enough to exercise.... so hopefully…
