Ok so i've had a look around and peoples meals are made up of alot of veg. I really hate vegetables and fruit . . . apart from cherries ^^ . . . anyway I tend to go with small portions of the stuff I do like. Anyone else a fussy eater like me? :)

Yes my child but i still make him eat his veggies and guess what mushrooms are really not that bad. Those were his words. lol
Try out different veggies and fruits they are delicious, plus not all taste the same so give them a chance.

I'm a very picky eater too. I just eat the fruits and veggies I know I can stand and do my best.

Thankfully I love all fruits and veggies but I do best eating them when I am experiencing stomach hunger. When I have just mouth hunger I want junk, lol

haha your child oh dear I suppose I should try harder but its not that I won't try them just that I don't like the taste.

I like to make zucchini and squash (how do you feel about those?)
Slice them up an saute them for about three minutes on Med Heat, then add a spaghetti sauce into the pan.
Add some potato and cook till the potato is soft.

That is three veggies all in one recipe (4 if you count the Tomato sauce)
It is a Grandmother recipe but she added sausage to it as well...I like it better without the sausage

That doesn't sound too bad :) I'll give it a try, if not I'll have to just exercise more O_o

I too do zucchini and different squashes; I also can tolerate egg plant, and cauliflower. Just make sure you know how to cook it that makes a big difference in the tastes.

For salads i try to use raw spinach instread of iceburg lettuce
