I am with you 100 %, life is too short to eat nasty food. moderation is key, I have started respecting the serving size on the packet. Pizza is a big one - I can't have them in the house, so I leave them in the supermarket and go get one when I really want it. Quiche is another. Rogan Josh is another............ the list…

It helps your body to rid its self of waste products quickly and efficiently. Which is good for weight loss. It hydrates you, keeps your skin plump, so less wrinkles. Helps you think better, stops you feeling sluggish, the list is endless. I aim for 2 ltr of liquid per day, plus extra for exercise and extra for hot weather.

Hiya Janet here, Current weight is 229lb, I would love to break the 200lb mark by the end of week 13, so I will have to step up my game. My plan of attack includes Zumba and My fittness coach ( PS3), walking, and 30 DS for the last month for a strong finish, if I last that long, lol.

Nice to meet you, I will send a friend request your way :) I also have tried just about everydiet under the sun. We can keep track of each other :)

I have heard a theory that your sub-concious mind does not hear negatives. So you think , I shouldn't eat X. It hears Eat X. On this note the less time you spend thinking about food the better you will be. Try to plan your meals the night before and then stick to them. Other than that, focus on other things, sort your…

It is good to have a base line day or week, it helps you understand where all the calories are going and on what. I discovered that, me bread and cheese of any kind where really good friends, to the point that I doubled my food intake. This site is the best tool I have found to track what you are upto, and to spot changes…

Definately skinnies ( or as near as I have ever been) It proves that it can be done, because the proof is on the page. I am carrot as opposed to stick

I honestly don't think I could run/jog without damaging my knees, I think this has a lot to do with being alot more overweight than your good self at the present time. I think there is a line where you do more damage than good, with high impact exercise. I currently have a BMI of 41.5, and I have already lost 2 stone, so…

I am doing the Dukan Diet, which is low carb, which may help with your insulin levels. I would suggest looking it up on the internet to see if you could follow it, and discuss with your doctor next visit. I have settled in quite well, and have only had one craving day upto now.
