  • This depends on the following question. Do you have to book the holiday in advance, or can you pick up a late deal ? I would set up an account and put the money for the holiday into it for the next X many months, I would pay in regularly to cover the holiday and spends for the whole family including Baby4. I would use this…
  • If something is not working, you are right to come at it from a different perspective. I started with MFP recomendations lost 16 lb, and then plataued for 2 months, changed system and started the Dukan Diet, Lost 8 lb so far and am still going slowly. I am tracking this on MFP so I can monitor the changes later if I need…

  • You cannot give your best support to others, if you are not looking after yourself. So start with building a routine you can live with that benefits you, then add in other people. With the 30DS, your body goes through lots of changes, weight is only one of them, get photos before and after so you can see what happens. Get…
  • Cook your meal, and his meal on alternate days. Put the second portion of each in the fridge for the next day. That way you both win.
  • I am aiming for 135, as Health comes first, and this is the top end of that range. Once I get there, I will tweak the numbers a little, depending on what I can maintain without making my life miserable. It is no good being at the low end, if you cannot have a life.
  • I got the wrong idea too ! And for 11 miles  This has made my morning, lol.
  • I have an un writtain rule, that I will only eat one portion of a food in a day. This helps to break the binge eatting pattern. I don't know about you, but when I am in that frame of mind, I tend to eat a lot of the same thing, pizza, chocolate, cake. Whatever your poison. I find this helps.
  • Just a quick warning, unless you specifically want soya protein, stay away. When the stuff swells, if has an unpleasant texture ( grainy) in the mouth:tongue:
  • I am lovin' these !
  • I think I need to do this a bit more spread out, My knees are not taking the bashing very well, and seem to need 2 days recovery in between. So I am sorry to say, I will continue with the 30DS, but will do it at my pace. I don't want to risk an injury that puts me off my feet.
  • That is a major difference:smile: You are definately in proportion now, you must me really happy with your achievements so far !
  • IMO you should eat a little more, and eat what your body wants for a few days. Then get back on track. It cannot be right to deprive yourself of the tools and building blocks of life, when your body is trying to recover. It's got enough on it plate, so to speak.

  • Thats me done for today, my endurance is getting slightly better. I am modifying slightly less which is good. I am so red, I match my cerise T-shirt. I talked my husband into trying it as it is raining outside, and he doesn't want to go running.
  • I am in the cruise phase now. I must say that I have not had any issues, I to had a headache one day ( but I was also a little silly that day and walked 4 miles at mid day and got sunburned), so I wrote it off. Other than that, I am feeling fine, I am just doing my first TOM, I have had non of the usual bad mood, less boob…
  • If I am moving about, I count it, Just be consistant, so you can monitor your progress:smile:
  • Day 2 down, and I am starting to feel the difference, my arms are like lead. Just wondering, how heavy the weights are that everyone is using, I am using 1 lb. I really hate the bit in the middle where you go from star jumps to skipping, and back again. I think my heart is on its way out of my chest, lol.
  • What a difference between 190 and 160, the again between 160 and 140. The other shots are out of this world, not surprised you are proud, you should be.
  • Hiya Honey, I am in the same boat, but I think I may have found something that works, it is early days. I should be able to confirm it soon though. Regular dieting doesn't work for me either, ho hum. Feel free to friend me:smile:

  • When you get in there, ask them for non- wired, as they do stock them. Last time I went, I was in dire need so I went a bit mad. I got a black and a white underwired, an unwired and a Shock Absorber sports bra. Which has kept me going now for over 6 months and counting. I have no back width, and huge cup size at the…

  • Get in there Team Living Dead. I hope we manage to get slot 2 tomorrow, onwards and upwards. I cannot wait to see what you have all been up to. Just to let you know, as I am in the UK, I will be requiring a blow by blow account of everything once the show starts. Preferably with more delish photos. I am putting my order in…
  • Have you tried Jillian Michaels big hugs. From having your arms held back in line with your shoulders, you swing them into hug yourself. Then swing them back out. It is part of the warm up.
  • Well I have just done the 30DS day 1, and I am dead on my feet. But I feel good for making the effort. I am using a HRM and have burned 215cal in 28 mins. I am off walking to the pub as soon as I have had my dinner. Which should get me some more calories burned, lol.
  • Hiya honey, You will have to open your diary first  It is under the settings heading

  • This is not a thing to stop you starting:smile: The general opinion is lose at a reasonable rate, eat nutritious food, get your exercise, and slap on the cream to keep your skin in good condition. I would love to get to the position where that was my only worry, if you know what I mean:wink:
  • Do you have access to a Bravissimo store? They are awsome in there, I walked in in pain ( bra digging in, wrong size, wrong level of support). When I walked out it was like night and day. They always fit the bra, so that you are on the outside hooks, that way as the bra wears in you can move onto the inner hooks and…

  • Hiya Honey, I will send you afriend request in a moment. The great thing about this site is that you are never alone ( even if you want to be , lol.) Read through the threads in the community section and befriend anyone you feel has anything in common with you, you can support each other. You can do it alone, but there is…
