Hiya, I am 41, with a conservative 50 pound to lose. I started back yesterday, and am sticking to plan so far. I am starting a degree in Nutrition in September, with a bit of luck ( just waiting for my results) and the last thing I want is to go in old and frumpy. I am hoping to start with a whole new wardrobe of smaller…

I love a curry. Most Indian food is heavy on the oil. I am currently running curry trial's from the Slimming World book. They do seem to be getting a lot of the flavour in without the fat. I am cooking and freezing so I have ready meals. Although tonight is Sweet & Sour.

LOL, if women can wear their stretch marks with pride after having a baby, this man can wear his with pride too! Anyway, has anyone bothered to ask if he has lose skin? 100 lb is some achievement in anytime frame, in four months it is amazing. And to have done this the right way. No stomach stapling or banding. With all…

I am built like you are, I am currently a 36 J and a grand total of 5ft 2. I use a Shock Absorber bra, which I had fitted at Bravissimo. And It is like concrete but really comfortable, I can even run in it. Expensive but very worth the money for the confidence to get up and out into the world.

Hiya, I am Vegi, Got my big bum through large portions and too much cheese. But as I am behaving you wont see that here:wink: (I am currently eating the bad stuff in the house but that will filter out over the next few days, lol. Waste not want not) I use protein powder and bars, and eat chesse and eggs and Meat…

I am using Polar FT 7, love it. Really easy to use:happy: It encourages me to get myself moving, even for the little things, like a walk to the local shop instead of the car. I live in it. Sad but true.

Same boat here:smile: I have altered my eating habits to eat more fat and protein. I have amended my target figures to 40% carb, 30% fat, 30% protein. I have found that the slightly higher protein, and lower carbs lowers my cravings. I love my food :) I use high protein bars in my bag for meals on the go ( Atkins or other…

I read that you should be eating 1 g of protein, per kg of body weight. And I must admit it seems to stop cravings and keep me on track

Hiya Honey, As you have a good BMI, It is all about the exercise. If you are new to it, start with stuff that gives you an all over work out. Nothing too extream, but constantly push your own boundaries. Walking, Swimming etc you can monitor your progress through time and distance. If you are able to join a gym, or do some…

At my original start weight I weighed 260 lb ish ( about 18 and a half stone), I lost about 51 lb, 46 on MFP and 5 on my own in the first half of last year, and kept it off for the whole of the second half. Hi Honey, Feel free to add me I lost 3.5 stone last year and have kept it off, I intend to do something about the same this year. Well Honey Bun, It's all about keeping on, keeping on. Start your diet new every morning, and try to stay focused to acheive that day. Do not feel guilty about anything, draw a line under it and move on. As long as you are doing all you can, it will come together. I work on the rule that if you are not hungry enough to eat…
