  • has something changed in your life? are you an emotional eater? what is happening to make you run for the food? if you can find the underlying cause you will be that much closer to controlling it.
  • not sure but have a FB friend who sells the stuff and is losing weight. having said that, i do not know what other changes she has made. like anything...drink plenty of water and reduce sugar intake....the big diet secret we all know and no one likes to do ;)
  • buyer beware of anything that contains acesulfame potassium/nutrisweet/aspertame....this is a bad drug, dont care what the FDA says. it is in almost every diet food/drink on the market.
  • I'll second that....after a few weeks of watching him I was completely turned off and disappointed.
  • as a breast cancer survivor with an implant i look at these and wonder why they are above the muscle and not under it like mine is...."shrugs" maybe mine was a better doctor ;)
  • i have had a pair for a few months. they are great IF you use them. what they do is help you sweat more when you work out. drink a ton of water before hand and shake that thang. I like them best when taking dog out for a long power walk along with my avia workout shoes.
  • 5-7" here too and stuck at 150, would love to see 135. for me the weight number is just that. its the fat rolls that need to go....ick! I am starting to think that BMI is just a rouse that fat people came up with to make them selves feel okay to be a bit out of shape. oh but of course round is a shape...smh
  • all of you are a great motivation. don't let the jealous ones bring you down. no matter what we do in life there is going to be those people that say stupid things. ever since i took up ballroom dancing, the non dancers are always asking when they will see me on dancing with the stars. ugh! never i hope. so keep doing what…
  • yep for sure...tho 15 would be awesome ;)
  • i also have one. had it over a year and afraid i have not been consistent with it. am trying to figure out how many calories are burned with 15 min. watch doesn't register the small movements and my heart rate only went up 20pts. think it is best in improving core strength.
  • way to go everyone....i think all of us getting on here is a great start to our goals.
  • any MINI fans out there? have a 2006 MINI cooper convertible "Ginger" :) my co-pilot is a 7 year old female Shiba Inu "Kitsune"
  • do you have an Aldi's? just picked up the neatest little watch (very inexpensive) that tracks almost everything. it allows you to tell it when to start tracking and then stop it when you are done to figure out what each task can get you. and you can set a timer to remind you to drink that hard to drink water ;)
  • so many options. join pinterest if you have not yet. Mexican is great option with fajitas, burritos, enchiladas, and of course tacos. eggplant Parmesan, crustless pizza. lots of great recipes on kraftfoods.com as well and the ingredients are often in your cupboards.
  • hey gang, just picked one up as well. seems to work great and helped big time in the water consumption. am using the timer set every 15 min to remind me to drink, best part of that is it resets itself until you turn it off. question though on the heart rate too.....having trouble getting it to read one. what is the trick?…
