  • Ty for your response :)
  • And yes, I'm proud of what I'm doing... even if the scale isn't reading the way I want it to lol I have a lot more energy and I feel a bit thinner in places (whether its in my head is another matter lol) I'm gonna keep it up and keep improving :)
  • Thank u all for the advice. I'm still trying to tweak my diet and stay away from all the bad food I'm eating. I'm going to start buying my own food soon, which will help with my diet issues as of right now. • Sorry! I didn't even know about the privacy setting lol should be able to view now. I'm on this diet for a lifestyle change. So I'm trying to make everything I learn be a lifelong commitment.

  • Feel free to add me! Let's get motivated together :)
  • My name is Amanda. I'm 25 year old, 5'7", and currently weigh 192.6. My starting weight 2 weeks ago was 192.2, on Friday was 195.2. So I initially gained 3 lbs but I'm losing it. It's a bummer. My goal weight is 150, but I'll continue on depending on how I feel :) I've been stuck around 189-198 for years now and I'm tired…
  • Thank you everyone! Its good to know I'm not alone and the suggestions were awesome!! I've already started trying to portion by using smaller dishes and eating slowly. Tonight I'm eating chili and using a 1 cup bowl.. will eat 1 bowl now, one later. Already logged in the two cups chili and I'm still under for the day!!
  • I'm "new" here. I put that in quotes because I've had a log in for months but have actually gotten the motivation to follow through. Now I'm motivated and optimistic about my weight loss future!! :)
