Where do I log squats? Its not on cardio only strength.. surly I'm losing some sort of calories doing them lol

I started my diet 2 weeks ago. I have started walking almost everyday- at least 1.5 miles, up to 2.5. Sit up/crunches, jumping jacks, tried different workouts on the TV. eating until I'm "stuffed"
Anyone have advice?? I'd like to be one of those people that eat until they are full. I eat until I'm stuffed. It's hard for me to stop eating when I know there is enough, which is usually the case since I have to cook for 6 people.
