I would love some more friends and motivation!

So I met with him and we raised my calories to MFP recommendations. My maintenance seems to be 3100 or about and so I was eating at a severe deficient and working out on top of it! No wonder I had 0 energy when I got home. I'd sleep at least 3 hours in the day. We're trying 1880 for a month and me weighing in just once in…

I was feeling pretty stupid last night when I posted the update. I'm 15 days into logging my food and eating at 1200-1600 calories. Went over for the first time for pizza by 300 calories. So tonight I had 1900calories and way too much sodium. I've been at the gym for about a week working with a trainer. My weight hasn't…

The conclusion to this story was, she stayed with it for 6 months, lost 50lbs. then stopped. No good reason but spent the next 8 years at 325lb. Now she's back at 348lbs trying all over again. Yay.

I weigh more than you and nearly 100lbs more than you when I started. And I am 5'5''. I averaged 7lbs a month during the about 8 months I worked on it. However depression kicked up and I basically stopped. I'm back at it and have lost 3lbs the first week and a half. I think 6-7 weeks for 20lbs is a bit much. maybe 2-3…

Friday morning, unless I had a bad week then Saturday morning lol

If you do crockpot meals you could freeze a portion of it and reduce how much you're eating of the same meal, but still have it for a couple weeks from then. So you'd make a couple crock pot meals a week and freeze some and eat on the rest. It can really stretch the dollar and is low work. I don't personally have any…

My goal weight is 150lbs. I'm pretty sure I am large framed so I don't really know what would look good. I'll just have to wait and see. I am weighing in at 321lbs right now so I have 2years or more to find out.

I've lost 21lbs in about 2.5 months.

This! It was the first and really only thing I marked off as not worth it. I also have nearly stopped drinking soda completely. I will give in maybe once a month but its just not worth the calories and diet isn't what I want at all.

Why on Earth are you being so rude? She is trying to find calorie rich foods that will give her body nutrients and she's only asking for suggestions. If you find this a question that is too simple for you, don't post. But of course you'd prefer to get snotty and rude about it. Find something better to do than trying to…

Well there are a lot of things you can do depending on your preferences. If I am nearly though my day with only snack and dinner left and many calories to eat yet, My go to food is nuts. They tend to be calorie dense but still pretty good for you. You could eat more at breakfast. I eat an instant oatmeal packet and it is…

I have an almost 2 year old daughter and the biggest problem I have with my stroller is I tend to kick it if I go too fast. Also the side walks have bumps and uneven places where she might get heavily jarred if I were jogging and hit it. I am on the first week of couch to 5k but I do it on my treadmill for now. I save the…

You're right about the salt intake, you probably ate a lot of sodium so you're retaining water. Drink a lot of water and stay away from the scale for about a week. Get back on track diet wise, and it will go back down. You would be hard pressed to gain 7 lbs in 2 days.

Doing this to change my life. I do a lot of cardio and have been on a great motivation to keep going. Feel free to add me, anyone.

Is there something you'd really really love to wear at your goal weight? I think it would be amazing to make something that stands as a physical item you can wear when you reach your goal. Hang it on the wall be proud of its beauty and the hard work you put into it and then look at it and know when you can fit into it,…

You can do it but you're going to have to be serious about it and not give up. If you really want that dress you gonna have to work for it :)

Congrats on your break through, I'm a little behind you in the way of days doing this, about 2 months in now but I get what you're saying completely. I never counted calories before, barely even cared how many calories something had. I started in January and man its been eye opening. I can see myself sticking to this for…

Lol and if your stomach goes out when you breathe out, you're doing it wrong! In hale and your stomach goes out because you're lungs are expanding. We were taught how to breathe 'properly' in music class and honestly we were doing it wrong.

My boyfriend and I have talked about the shape my body will someday take and how he is attracted to 'women with meat on their bones' and I've gone so far as to have him rate abs on those inspirational quotes. The bottom line is, if the man really loves you for you, he won't care what you look like and he'll be happy that…

Oh I love coco cola and I haven't had any in awhile, I can't say I will never drink it again, that would make me sad, however I have honestly two reasons why I haven't lately. 1. I can't just drink 8 ounces. I drink some and crave more. 2. I could make room for it in my calorie goals but a lot of the time its not worth it.…

You can buy it already rinsed, it will actually say you don't have to rinse it. Where can you find it in bulk or for cheap?

I have tried just exercising before but the first time ( and only time) I attempted to count my calories and exercise, I felt a mood boost in days. I after about a week, I bumped up my walking time from 30 minutes to 50minutes, then about a week later I upped it again this time to 60 minutes. I'm keeping at 60 now and I…

I was always told the younger you lose weight the more likely your skin will go back to normal. At 18 I wouldn't even consider surgery, just keep working on building some muscle to fill the space and your skin my tighten as well.

That's fantastic!

I don't know, but I'm going to marry my 'nice guy'!
