I have a Polar FT4 and I'm pretty happy with it to track my calories. Then I use my Nike+GPS on my iphone to track distance, speed and my walking tunes. It's a good combo for me and the FT4 was pretty affordable.

I had thought about posting something about this very thing!! Stepped on the scale this am and I hadn't lost an ounce! It's day 3 of TOM for me and I do seem to hang onto the water. Frustrating!

I live in a small town that does not have a fitness store. I used the aquafor I have in the house and it worked really well on the sore spots. Thanks for the suggestions!

When we are measuring what a person drinks at work 8 ounces = 1cup, 240ml=1cup. Dry ingredients are measured a bit differently but basically it's the same.

Me last summer 7/10 at 196 lbs. Me 3/29/11 186 lbs. I give up trying to get these to show up! Can anyone tell me how you put photos on your posts here? I've tried what I've used on other forums and it isn't working.

I've found that taking L-tyrosine helps my thyroid, gives it a boost. And I feel the same way about exercise. If I make myself go do it I do feel better but somedays I would rather just sleep all day!
