I'm 25 weeks and I'm still tracking to make sure I don't go overboard. I'm just trying to find out how you can add the extra calorie allowance for the 3rd trimester.

Do we have to eat it all back or is there a minimum net calorie intake we should be meeting in order to loose weight safely?

Hi, I'm 5"2 and my calorie allowance per day is 1500. I tried sticking to 1200 but I was always hungry and would end up giving up. Since I increased my calorie intake I'm doing a lot better, I make sure I'm doing exercise and try not to eat the extra calories this gives me. It seems to work for me as I've lost 10lbs this…

You have done really well. I'm just over you starting weight and I'm aiming to get to between 9 1/2 st seeing that you have done makes my goal seem more achievable thank you for sharing :-)
