I struggle with this, also. I have been trying to drink a glass of water and then have a salad prior to eating my entree. (Remember to use low-cal dressing on that salad). I find it tends to help me feel more satisfied with normal sized portions.

For me, weighing in is my reality check when I've been dishonest with myself in terms of food tracking and such. I find myself doing so about 3-4 times a week. I'm a big fan of no bun burgers with lots of veggies. It's easy. Cook and spice to preference your 93% meat. Put on top of a salad of lettuce, tomato, pickles, whatever it is you like with your burgers and eat. Oh, and avocado. Always, avocado.

Just wanted to say how admirable I find your progress and sharing your pics to be. It's never easy exposing ourselves to the world. And, NO, you aren't the girls you compare yourself to. You're wonderfully, strongly you. That much is very clear. Congrats!
