So glad you no longer need medication and are feeling so well. Lowering carbs does help for weight loss, but can also be great fuel for workouts. Enjoy some once in awhile.

I think first and foremost, the reason you may be snacking so much and going over your calorie goal is due to dehydration. I know people often misinterpret thirst for hunger. I certainly see my cals go up on days I'm not hydrated as well.

What a good question! Probably have some confident/boss sex and then enjoy an alcoholic beverage in a slinky dress that shows my arms (which I cover so often). I'd like to say I would workout, but I probably would just bask in the gloriousness.

Thank you for taking the time to do this! I really do appreciate it. I was eating maybe 1300-1500 and not eating back 200 cals of working out, so I for sure found myself very tired. I'm incorporating more complex carbs for energy and finding it much easier to exist on 1,700 calories.
