Joining Gym was best thing I have done in years, I feel better. have lost 11 pounds so far, tossed blood pressure meds in the trash. Eating high fiber and protein. keeping carbs to an absolute bare minimum is working for me.

    So glad you no longer need medication and are feeling so well. Lowering carbs does help for weight loss, but can also be great fuel for workouts. Enjoy some once in awhile.
