Something about the coconut makes the cottage cheese more edible... I was never a bit fan of either until I had this. I thought it was a vacation love thing, but it tastes just as good at home :)

Make your Food Diary "public" so everyone can see it, you will get a better response to your question. Just an idea, but maybe try some HIIT workouts (high intensity interval training).

Just keep checking back into this thread, I will do the same, and I'm sure alot of people that have replied will as well. I skipped today and went to the gym instead, so tomorrow is Day 3 for me. Personally, I love being sore from working out... okay "love" isn't the right word, but you know what I mean.

Hilarious... I've been making this exact same dish for years, it's sooooo delicious, and you can serve it with quinoa too. If I'm out of broccoli, I will use cauliflower, or a mixture of the two. Yummy! Making it for dinner this weekend!

Keep your head up, stay positive and remember no one can do this except for you! As the other posters suggested, perhaps try something a little more low impact, but perhaps try concentrating on diet for now, you will get there!!!
