if it were me struggling with the same 7 lbs for nine months i would talk to my Dr about it, you have already had amazing success, but being so close to goal... the worst that could happen is they tell you your healthy and to stop, best case scenero they give you the tips you need to break through your plateau. so one of the ppl working at the gym showed me how to use the weight machines today so im gonna start using them, how do i record that in the strength diary?

i dont know how to use the weight machines, thats why i usually stick to cardio, some of the machines have directions but most of them dont

i too have had great success's with Atkins in the past and its great if you need to lose allot of weight quickly, but its incredibly hard to do and maintain, that's why i switched over to calorie counting, i find with calorie counting i eat allot less carbs (pasta,bread rice, ect) Because their high in calories, portion…

i would reduce it to 1400 and see what happens, you might have to play with the numbers a bit to find your specific maintenance calorie goal

i took your advise and checked out my bmr (i hadn't previously) apparently mine is 1548 cal, im gonna take the advice above and start planning out my whole day so the calories get spread out and used up. thank you everyone!!!

some times im hungry other days i don't even notice, just depends on how busy the day is. i don't really work out at all, just chase after my 2 year old at the play ground
