advice please
OK so the bmr calculator said mine is 1550 cal per day but the weight loss calculator to lose 1 lb a week set me at 1420, i thought i wasn't supposed to eat less then my bmr??

as of 4/1 i was 177.6 so 2 lbs down since we started on 3/25

PLEASE HELP ADVICE NEEDED

kale chips???
ok i keep hearing about kale chips as a sub for potato chips but have no idea where to buy kale, is in in regular grocery stores? if so where would it be? with the produce? help me lol

total cal/ net calories
ok so i know the minimum amount of cal i eat is supposed to be 1200 and yesterday i finished a exactly 1200, but i walked for 40 mins and burned 160 so i only netted 1040 is this ok or should i shoot to net 1200?

sore arms
ok my arms are really sore from working out this morning (first time with a trainer) is there anything i can do to make them feel better? i want to hit the gym again tomorrow but knowing my history, if they still hurt its gonna be twice as hard to convince myself to go

to buy or not to buy
So I had a free session with a trainer at my gym today, she gave me a really good work out, of course afterward they tried to get me to purchase more, I really want to but in order to budget it ill wind up paying less on my credit card.... Which means it will take longer to pay off....i don't know if I should do it

just started working out
so i just started working out and i'm wondering how long it will be before i see some results, i had hit a plateau with just dieting, i plan on hitting the gym at least 4 times a week. i go on the treadmill for 30 mins alternating between 4.0 (3 mins) and 4.5 1 (1 min), then i do the eliptical for about 15 mins(4.5 - 5.5),…

eating exercise calories back
OK im kind of confused, it says on here constantly that your supposed to eat back the calories you burn off while exercising but this doesn't make sense to me, how can you eat what you burn and still lose weight?

is it ok to roll over earned exercised calories from one day to the next?

im going out with my boyfriend tomorrow for st patty's day i know ill have at least 1 mixed drink (possiblely 2 but im a light drinker so that's the limit) and he wants to go to buffalo wild wings for dinner first, now i want to be able to have fun and not worry too much about calories but i don't want to blow my diet…
