If I know I know where I am going out I will often look up the restaurant online and see if they have the nutritional info listed so I can plan out my calories before I go and know what I can eat without blowing all my hard work. If the website doesn't have it listed, I will google what I want to eat to get a general idea. That's what helps me stay in track when I go out and I still get to eat what I like :)

Taking a look at BWW menu, they have grilled chicken tenders (Naked Tenders) and salads (obviously take note as to what's being put on the salad). Definitely go with one of them if you want to eat out and somewhat healthy. Just a quick look at the menu, there's probably other good options.

If you do find yourself not eating the right things tomorrow, just remember it's not the end of the world.

LOL I just posted one similar to this. WE are going to mexican restaurant and I want Margaritas!! Love them, but calories are outrageous! So I am curious to see what others have to say as well!

Buffalo wild wings have AWESOME "naked" tenders there that are VERY diet friendly The BEST part is the sauce ( of your choice) is on the side. This way you will eat farrr less than on a typical buffalo wing. And theyre grilled!

I do this too. And I log all my alcohol.

I also will get in extra exercise earlier in the day and the next day and be sure to drink plenty of fluid and expect the scales to rise the next day due to sodium levels :) HAVE FUN!
