up 1.5 this week... boooo! I had a crap weekend though so maybe the water will flush it. (I HOPE)

I've only lost 1 lb at my last weigh-in. Then I splurged on vacation so I dread weighing in this week. I will do an official weigh-in tomorrow.
However, I am happy to report an NSV.... I looked much better in my swimsuit. I still hesitate to not wear a cover up, but it looked much better than last year.0 -

I gained 1 lb but considering I was on vacation last week and went on a cruise, I didn't do too badly. I guess all the walking and activity helped more than I thought it would. Back on track this week so far.0
