i hit the treadmill for at least a half hour 6 times a week usually do 2 1/2- 3 miles, every calorie burned helps :)

Yup defintly not eating enough, working out is great but you have to net 1200 calories a day or your not gonna get anywhere and eventually get frustrated and quit

i too have become obsessed with the scale especially since i keep bouncing back and forth between 178 and 180, last i checked yesterday morning i was 179.6

Make your own frozen dinners. pick 1 day a week and cook enough meals to last the rest of the week and freeze them, it will be alot cheaper then jenny craig plus since your making them yourself you control the calories per meal and no preservative and when your hungry and tired you can nuke them :)

4-5 days a week i go to the gym, 30 mins on the tread mill and 30 mins doing the weight lifting circut

my buffet has a Mongolian grill, so i get to pick exactly wat i eat, if you can, load up on veggies and shrimp and chicken :) just be careful and like other said stay away from anything deep fried or covered in sauce

then lots of fruit, sugar free jello, brown rice, 94%fat free popcorn ,skinless chicken breast, low fat yogurt, these are my staples

Make a dessert you know you can eat, sugar free jello or pudding of even sliced up fruit, if you have a dessert you can eat available you'll be less tempted to blow your diet on a dessert that's not worth it
