Something else to try is the resistance bands. I ordered some for a friend who travels some for him to use if no gym close by him. I got a nice set from Amazon for $20.

Back on MFP for first time since probably 2016. Just needed to get back to tracking my macros to make sure I am getting all the "good good" out of my meals. Looking forward to kicking it with everyone on here!

I doubt you had gained any real amount of muscle during that time. In most cases a stable or increased body weight is largely due to increased body fat stores, glycogen and water not because you are packing on a ton of muscle from lifting a few weights and definitely not from cardio. And I suspect that you know for a fact…

My weight can fluctuate anywhere from 1-5 lbs in any given day. Don't be afraid to increase calories. It is a learning process on how certain foods affect your weight. You can always adjust back down in increments until you see a drop.
