Thanks a lot! Just did week 4 day 1, I was able to do: 10 regular (men style) push ups, most of the last abs without hands on the floor (circuit 4 workout 3), and the tree pose with my feet in my thighs! Had a great sweat as well!

Tilapia as well! Oven baked with lemon and fine herbs, with oven baked russet potato and homemade broccoli soup.

Started week 4 today! I did jog both 3 mins and 5 mins. Had to go a lilttle slower, but jogged it all and never gave up! That was really challenging! 3 mins on jogging felt short compare to the 5 min!

Mira is right, 30 DS is too easy after BR, I'm starting week 4 of BR and I would say that workouts 3 and 4 are 30 DS level, which I did before BR. I cant recommend any of her other DVDs because I didnt do them...yet. As for C25K, you are going to love running! I'm starting week 4 and I can't believe I ran 5 mins in a row…

Week 3 results : lost 1 pound and 2 inches. Total so far : lost 2 pounds and 9.5 inches

Week 3 is over! Starting week 4 tomorrow! I can't believe I'm almost done phase 1! I did cardio 1 today and I managed to go crazier on some moves, like the Mummy one. Also, I noticed that the back of my thighs looked more toned and that I seem to have less celluites!

So yesterday was my rest day. Started work too early (had to wake up at 5 to go to work, usually I exercise in the morning around 5h30-6h...at some point, I need some sleep! Did workout 4 this morning for the 2nd time and I definitly like it better then workout 3. I was able to do hallow man for almost the total time…

Did Workout 3 again! I think it's the hardest for me in phase 1... Or maybe I was just more tired because I woke up at 4 am to go to work this morning... I really like the yoga pauses and the challenging abs though!

Nsv: It finally stopped raining for a little less then 1h and I went for my week 3 day 2 run! After the 1st 1.5 min of jogging, I felt like it was just a warm up instead of the run itself! Could running really get easier?! I guess that's for me to find out!

I did workout 3 and 4 for the 1st time. I really like them, they force me to push harder, beyond what I could imagine for the abs in workout 4... They are more 30 day shred level and I can't wait to do them again!

Starting week 3 tonight! Week 2 results are in: 3 inches loss and 1 pound loss. That makes it a total of 7 inches and 1 pound for the 2 first weeks!
