Week 8 Workout 8 yesterday and I finally saw improvement in warrior 3! So this week I'm supposed to start phase 3 but due to traveling for work, I will wait for next week to start it. Planned so cardio (running outside) and a total of four 7&8 workouts. So final results for phase 2 will be available next Sunday!

Will finish week 8 tomorrow with workout 8 and some cardio! To be honest... Even though I did all the workouts for the past 2 weeks, I had 3 cheat days last week and 2 this week, that makes it 5 cheat days. So, I will do 1 more week of phase 2 workouts 7 and 8. Plus, next week I'll be 5h away from home traveling for work…

I'm always on the road for work and my coworker loves mcD, so from time to time (maybe once a month) I eat there with him and order the Thai salad with grilled chicken and drink water... The salad keeps me full and is only 350 cals!

Week 8 day 2 was this morning. Jogged a little slower due to humidex factor (not to hot, just very humid today in Montreal) and due to being tired at 5:30 am. Still did almost 4k in 28 min!

Thanks a lot! Workout 7 yesterday, felt those arms during the tons of push ups and my fav abs circuit at the end :) Saw improvement in my triceps strength!

Did workout 8 yesterday and dropped my 8 lbs weight on the floor...oupsss.... Still liking it and I find that warrior 3 pose is easier with the advance moving arms, not able to stay in place with it. Will do workout 7 again tonight and cardio tomorrow by running 4K in the morning. I'll be working late tomorrow so won't…

Did week 8 day 1 and jogged those 28 min all the way. Distance jogged: 4K. I am very glad about it! It was a real challenge but I bet the 2 next workout in week 8 will feel easier. Now it's time for a big bowl of breakfast/lunch fruit parfait with some fresh strawberries I picked myself yesterday in a field near my house!

Did workout 7 yesterday and some of the moves were easier, even saw improvement in the crow push ups and the one leg front side side back cardio thing. Still loving the abs in cuicuit 4!

Week 7 is done! No results... The reason: did all the workouts but cheated on food like 3 days this week, and cheated badly! But still lost 3.5 lbs so far in phase 2 and 7.25 inches. Starting week 8 today!

Thanks a lot! I finished week 3 yesterday! Can't wait to run 28 min tomorrow and see the distance I jog! Only jogging at 5 mph, but very glad about my accomplishment!

Workout 8 is done! Warmup was better and I still like the workout! I even take heavier weights on most so the moves as I only have 3s and 8s.

Did week 7 day 2 this morning! Such a nice temperature to run outside! Felt like I could continue at the end, will finish week 7 on Saturday, but feeling ready for week 8s challenge.

I can run inside at my jobs gym, we even have showers...unfortunately I couldn't go on lunch time today due to a meeting... And running outshine in summer is just the best feeling!

I always snack a little something before bed!

I remember with old weight watchers, we could save some extra points or exercise points for an other day of the week. I guess it's the same thing with calories on a weekly basis and if you weight in only once a week.
