The best and quickest way I have found is to microwave (if you have one) chopped green pepper and broccoli so they are a little bit soft (two minutes or so depending on how big the pieces are). Today I had a half a portion of Chobani fat free plain yogurt and topped it with 1/2 cup kashi go lean crunch. Lots of protein !
