  • Thank you for your reply - you did make a lot of sense. I think it's a mixture of a) it's been drummed into me that eating less = less cals = slim and b) slightly paranoid that she wants me to be fatter so I will pay for more sessions. I know I'm being crazy, it feels so wrong to up my calories but I will do it. EEK!
