  • It takes super heavy weights and extra calories to gain muscle mass. Your fat won't turn into muscle. It can't. It is biologically impossible. You will build muscle and lose fat, two completely different things.
  • I'm a little under 5'4". I'd like to be 120-125 depending on what I look when I get there. Probably end up around 122-124. Focused more on lowering body fat, like for it to be down to 17-18 from 20.5 (133 lbs. currently)
  • I don't log my water. Why does everyone get in such a hissy fit about logging water. I dont get it.

  • you might not have any more weight to lose. focus on muscle building and fat decrease, not the number on the scale. your bmi is 22.7 which is well within the normal range. figure out your body fat percentage and go from there.
  • I log everything for the most part. Unless it is spices etc. I can see why one wouldn't log veggies, but considering the sugar content and higher calorie count of fruit I would log them.

  • peter pan natural :)
  • this. it is hard for me to eat after I work out as well... and the chocolate ones mixed with water taste like chocolate milk :)
  • neither, fit. fit girls with boobs. we all know fit girls have the best butts  but if fit wasn't an option I'd go with curvy, something like Christina Hendricks.. fit>curvy>skinny IMO
  • you're shrinking! awesome! keep it up
  • yea, I never get sick. I used to in college when I swam competitively. OVER EXERCISE, is a huge component to immune system suppression. that and not eating enough.
  • Personally? I think Online Colleges are the worst institution there is. There are people that attend real colleges, class everyday, have families and jobs and work their butt off doing so. Yet someone can get the same exact same degree by screwing around? I've seen what these classes entail, and believe me, it is NOTHING…
  • I had some weight gain but I'm not sure if it was related to the pill or the fact that I started adapting to the same eating habits of my boyfriend. I've noticed with pills you have a few months of getting used to it and then your body adjusts. I had some side effects but they went away after about 3 months. I think the…
  • Ew. No hair. And you know what is worse than chest hair? Back hair....ewwwwwwww Thankfully my boyfriend is a naturally, not hairy kind of guy. Gotta love blondes
  • I think someone slipped something extra in the coffee too..
  • If you're getting smaller why are you worried about what the number on the scale says?
  • I hear ya, I'm a hair under 5'4 and between a size 0-2. I weigh 133 right now... Even when I was 150 at my heaviest, and technically "overweight", I was a size 4-6. It goes to show that there really is such a thing as a "large body frame" and a lot to be said about having some muscle mass. Personally I have a 20.5% body…
  • I'm sure it is sweat. Just make sure you wash your face after you work out. Maybe change up your face care routine. I personally love Neutrogena and it helped greatly with my acne (along with BC pills). I've also noticed that when I restart working out I'll break out a little but my skin gets used to it after a couple…
  • I have a large body frame. People usually think I weight 15-20 pounds less than I do. A lot of it has to do with muscle mass but I really do have "big bones." My wrist size is larger than a lot of men's and considered "large body frame." I have very broad shoulders and the biggest part of me is my rib cage. It is HUGE!
  • I'm not trying to be mean, but gaining weight should be your goal. Since it seems like your not trying to be ridiculously skinny I'd be happy to help. You honestly should switch you fitness goal to GAIN .5-1 pound per week and set your protein intakes to 40% or more. I suggest you pick up a copy of the New Rules of Lifting…
  • but...but... whyyyyyy why would you cut out cheeeeese? it is so salty and unexplainably delicious....

  • woah! totally explains why everything thinks I weigh much less than I do. Gotta love muscle mass. Oh and it is very hard for me to believe that I lost 3 of those! GOODNESS! (yea, sure, some of it was water weight...still!!!)
  • To be honest, with your height, you're probably "stuck" at that weight because it would be unhealthy to be much smaller. I wouldn't focus on the number. If you are still unhappy with your body work on changing body comp (losing fat and gaining muscle), not on losing "weight." oh and to the above poster BMI doesn't measure…
  • are you the guy in the commercial?
  • It is called eating back your exercise calories.
  • Your body doesn't go into "starvation mode" in one day. If you're under a little one day it isn't going to do anything. Yea if you are consistently under 500+ calories maybe, but a 100-200 a day isn't going to make much of a difference. For most people that is the difference of maybe not weighing/measuring their food or…
  • how'd they do that?!
  • everything in moderation. that being said, I love popcorn. It has a lot of fiber and given that it doesn't have a load of salt or butter on it, it is a healthy way to satisfy a snack attack. And you get a lot of bang for you buck. A lot of food and not so many calories.
  • No one gets me like, you when you get me, giiiiiiirl you rock me harder than some downtown band. I thought I kneeeeewww what love was but I didn't have a clue. Never had anything that makes me feel like I do about youuuuuuuu. stupid song, go away. I don't even know who sings it or the name of it.
  • LoL I totally thought this is what this topic was about. And yes, I dream about zombies too. All the time. I think it is a sign, I'm getting prepared...
  • this. weekly calories is what matters to me. Personally, I don't our bodies work in such cut and dry "days."
