probably because you aren't eating enough. your body is burning your muscle and storing your food as fat as it thinks you are starving. add weight training and eat more.

Oh dear goodness... I work as a swim coach and without fail, once a week, some pool patron gets PO'd because the little critters are using a lane or two that they would like to use. deadlift rows should be all butt and hamstrings. You're probably rounding your back too much. I would also suggest using two different dumbbells in each hand, holding one dumbbell is probably not a good thing.

Having abs is more related to the fat on top, and not the actual muscle. Just start slowly, losing fat will help make them visible. I'm no expert on having babies but I think you should probably take it easy at first. Just watch your diet. :smile: That being said, swimming is a good cardio workout for your core.

Sorry to say it but I don't think "lifting heavy" is necessary for gaining/maintaining muscle. I didn't start lifting until college and I was ripped thanks to swimming. I would rotate them! Do a different video each day. That is what I do anyways :). Do a certain level for like 2 weeks then move up.

Honestly, there is a carcinogen in everything. You honestly can't avoid it unless you grow your own food and raise your own animals, and even that case isn't 100%.

Depends on genetics... Personally, my band size has gone down which has, in turn made my cup size go up. Was a 36C, now a 34D... But when I was in high school and about 20 pounds less than I am now, I still had Cs and they have gotten bigger since them (not from weight gain).

I don't have any good suggestions for a scale. All I know is that a lot of digital scales "save" the last entry so that would be why you got the same weight with and without weights. I get most of my suits from Victoria's Secret. I'm not huge up top but I'm definitely large for my body frame. The suits always make the girls look really good and you can get some "bra" type suits that have a lot more support :smile: (it is just difficult to get the right size when you order online :cry: )
