  • I could be wrong but I think you're supposed to make sure you get enough fats as well. As long as you hit the amount of grams of fat and protein you need you can fill the rest with whatever you want.

  • For your height, you weight is very normal. Your body isn't going to want to lose weight because you are most likely in a healthy range. If you are really unhappy with your body, I suggest you work on weight lifting to change your body composition and build lean muscle mass.

  • I tried it once and I really didn't like it. I love all of JM's videos but the site doesn't really give you much. Just a hard to follow meal plan and exercise routine. They make you pay in advance for 13 weeks too so I ended up wasting 52 dollars. And then I had to email customer service just to make sure they didn't bill…
  • Dr. Oz is weird. That being said I usually get around that much protein for breakfast, simply because I need it if I want to hit my protein mark for the day. I usually eat eggs, turkey bacon, greek yogurt etc.
