I usually eat light until mid-afternoon. When I have eaten larger breakfasts, I ended up ravenous all day. Not eating much until mid-afternoon is what keeps me from stuffing my face. breakfast- ~200 calories lunch- ~300 calories snack- ~150 calories dinner- ~500 calories dessert- ~300 calories

Wow you have a BIG protein goal!! I have trouble meeting mine (I'm vegetarian) and it is about half of your goal. Tbt I really don't know what my goal should be, I just kept MFPs suggestion.

I like having red hair. Mine is very long, past my waist, and tbt I spend a good amount of time on taking care of my hair. I have never been made fun of for my hair really, but maybe that is BC people are wary of the "attitude" that comes with it.

Okay, another option... The entire pizza is 1800 calories. So 1800/8=225 If you cut the pizza into 8 slices, it is 225 calories per slice. You could have two slices for 450 calories or 3 slices for 675 calories. If you cut it into 6 big slices it is 300 calories per slice. You could have two slices for 600 calories.

I eat pizza very often. Just eat lightly up until dinner. Why not make this super simple and just cut the pizza yourself into 5 equal slices? I personally weigh out each slice, that way if my grams are over I just cut off a sliver. It is easier for me. But, alternatively I would just cut it into those five slices.

All you have to do is eat at a calorie deficit. Start tracking the foods you eat and you will lose weight. It is definitely worth it! Otherwise, how long do you think you have left? Because it will kill you if you change nothing.
