Never had a weight problem as a kid.. I earned all that extra weight as an adult... Drinking sodas, eating crappy food, beer, and being lazy. Wish I would have done this about 10 years ago.

I perfer morning workouts... I get it done early then I don't have to worry about it at night. I don't get home till 8pm at night so by the time I'm done working out, eating, and showering it's almost 11. So it just works best for me to do it in the morning. but what ever works best for you do it then.

I take at least one everyday. I mix my with fat free skim milk. Really improves the taste. It adds about 90 calories for an 8oz serving.

The same as what everybody else said. Also you could get him a knee brace. I had to use it until my knees strenghted up. I yall are doing the same workout, don't hold back because of him. He will know it and it will make him feel less motivatied. Just my humble opinion.

6'6" tall, Started at 335lb, now I'm 242 lbs with about another 20lbs of fat left to lose. I've done 2 rounds of Insanity, 2 rounds of Chalean Extreme, and next week I'm starting a 3rd round of Insanity. After I finish that I'm probably going to do P90X.

250 lbs... 20 years later, I'm 242 lbs. When I went to college, I went down to 220lbs, then over the next 20 yrs I went up to a high off around 350lbs..

The lean circuit(the third month), the first workout you need something to hold on to for a couple of the exercises and something you can do 3 dips with. That's the only time you need a chair.

When trying to increase your protein, just becareful of your fat intake... Walnuts and almonds have a good protien value, but they also have a high fat content(it's good fat, but still fat). I'm going through the same thing now, trying to lean out my meals more. It's hard but you can do it.

6 days a week and I plan them... I try to workout in the morning, but if I don't, I make I come striaght home after work and do it. I'm doing dvd programs. It helps me have plan. Good luck and once you get going with daily exercise, you'll start to love it.
