Workout program for a woman in her early 60s
My mother has been losing weight and has 10 lbs to go to her goal. She has plateaued and needs an exercise program to get her going again. Can it be bad to drink too much water?
I'm always drinking water... During the day I must drink somewhere between 8-10 20oz size glasses of water. Can it be bad to drink this much water? The one positive is my Kidneys haven't been this clean since I was a kid.

Updated pics showing some of my weight loss

Officialy Under 300lbs
Weighed this morning and I'm 299lbs... It's the first time in a number of years since I've weighed this little. Since Jan 15,2011, I've lost 36lbs and 5" from my waist. I'm so excited... 24 more to go till my 2nd goal. Now it's going to get harder... But I'm going to do it!!!!

When to eat Carbs?
I eat a lot of whole wheat pasta with a basil pesto sauce on it, usually at night (around 8). I can't help that, I don't get off work till 7. It's a quick easy meal.
