I am also a teacher. I have taught 4th grade for 3 years, and this upcoming school year I am moving to pre-k. You are going to need lots of energy :D

I don't worry to much. I give myself about 150 calories where I do not worry, because it might be a good idea to zig-zag your calories anyways.

I lost 23 lbs by just walking before I added other workouts to my routines :D

I wouldn't. How can you show me how to work out hard if you can't do it? A trainer is also supposed to motivate you, and I do not think I would believe someone who was not in shape to get me in shape.

I found that the meal plan was impossible for me to do as it required a great amount of food. I did it for two days and didn't want any mreat products for a week. I did notice a difference even in a few days when doing the excercises, and the first time I tried it I lost 4 lbs in 4 days.

I have the ninja and it is amazing! it crushes ice like snow, but you have to do the ice first and then add the liquids.

My first goal was 160. I am currently at 157.4 and my what I think is my ultimate goal is 130 :D

Agree, no wonder you are eating everything in sight. Your body needs energy to fuel the work outs, I am also doing about 4-5 workouts a week and my calories consumption is 1,600 and it might go up even more. You are starving yourself!

Initially I was afraid of becoming flat chested, which thankfully has not happened :D I am not loving being cold all the time, but I have found a solution that works for me "SPANX" :) Those babies are so tight that they keep me feeling warm and cozy all day, plus they smooth everything out. I also do not like having veiny…

I started at 205, currently at 158 and I want to get to 130. I am not happy with 158, we shall see what happens when I get to 130 :D
