  • Yes I eat mine back, and at 1200 calories (which is far too low to live on) you should DEFINITELY eat yours back. I would suggest investing in a heart rate monitor, though not 100% accurate they will provide the best estimate on what you have burned. Don't starve yourself.
  • I like Shakeology, a lot. It tastes great and is very convenient when you're on the go or don't have time to cook a nutritious meal, But.... It's way over priced and you can definitely get cheaper alternatives that are just as nutritious as Shakeology and taste just as great for a way lower price. Me personally, I am a…
  • Your muscles aren't used to that type of exercise, with time they will get stronger and the soreness will fade away. Try low fat chocolate milk for the soreness (I like trumoo), trust me it works wonders. Just fit it into your calorie macros. Listen to your body, if you feel as if you're up to going back to the class, go…
  • Sent a request! Let's keep each other motivated!!!!
  • 6 hours worth of exercise and only 1200 calories? You need to eat more to lose more, especially if you're going to be doing vigorous exercise such as rucking for hours or cardio. The same thing happened to me when I first started doing Insanity (my workout program) I was eating like 1300 calories and burning 500-1000, i…
  • If it fits into your calorie goals, have a slice or two but be mindful it is easy to fall off track. I personally wouldn't, but that is just me.
  • Try chocolate milk after your workout. 4:1 carbohydrate to protein ratio is optimal for replenishing your tired muscles after a long workout. The milk’s naturally occurring sugar (lactose) is half glucose, its protein speeds up glycogen synthesis in the body, and its electrolytes (like potassium and, to a lesser extent,…
  • Anyone is welcome to add me, let's keep each other on track and motivated!!
  • I just finished my 1st round and i'm 4 days into my 2nd round. I have to take a break from it though until i get better, i have the flu really bad :( I went from 210ish lbs to 184 lbs and lost a ton of inches off my waist. I'll be doing a 3rd round, i love it. My cardio endurance is through the roof. Month 2 is when it…

  • Insanity. Max Interval Circuit.... 3 days left for me
  • Hope you are staying motivated and pressing play. I'm back in full force, got 5 days left until i complete the program and then I'm starting my second round, immediately afterwards.
  • I was the same way, trust me. I couldn't even do 5 minutes without sitting down to take a break. I was completely winded and out of shape, and sore from head to toe for about 1-2 weeks. You've already taken the first step in your fitness journey, and that is pressing play. I can't stress this enough, you do what YOU…
  • It will definitely help you push through that plateau. I have 2 weeks left on my 2nd month. I have had to take the last week off though, due to getting sunburned on my feet. Took a vacation to the beach and forgot to sunblock my feet and they got TOASTED!! I can't even walk. Month two you will be sore for about a week, I…
  • my advice to you is to go get your foot x-rayed to make sure nothing serious is wrong. it could be anything, a strain, sprain, tendonitis, stress fracture. just chill out in the mean time, dont run and stay off your feet.
  • dont worry!!!! when i first started doing insanity i gained around 10-12lbs too, it's all water weight, your body is probably not used to this type of exercise, drink LOTS of water, eat clean and stay off the scale. by week 4 the weight started to come off. Oh and you should probably be eating more than 1400 calories, if…
  • I'm currently doing Insanity and I LOVE IT. I'm starting month two in 3 days, the first week was the hardest, i couldn't do most of the exercises, my entire body was sore for 5 days straight, i couldn't sit, stand and i barely could even walk. I am seeing MAJOR results, you just have to ask yourself.... do you want it bad…
  • i don't care what the study says, diet soda is NOT good for you. But keep on drinking your aspartame cola, get that daily dose of poison!
