I was the same way, trust me. I couldn't even do 5 minutes without sitting down to take a break. I was completely winded and out of shape, and sore from head to toe for about 1-2 weeks. You've already taken the first step in your fitness journey, and that is pressing play. I can't stress this enough, you do what YOU CAN!!!! You don't need to keep up with the people on the DVD. Each day you will get better and better, trust me. I am now 5 days away from completing the program. I've dropped around 25-30lbs, and my cardio endurance and strength is through the roof. I now only take breaks when you are given the water breaks.
You got this!!! Just keep pressing play and do WHAT YOU CAN DO!!!! Each day you WILL get better and better.0
