OP this is my advice, You gotta bulk.... you cannot cut anymore, you need to put some LEAN tissue on. You have no muscle to cut into so no matter you weigh, you will be skinny fat. Eat more. Set your goal on myfitnesspal to maintenance and eat at your maintenance for 1 week. When you're in a caloric deficit for so long, your body gets used to it and stalls. You need to EAT more to break through the plateau.

I personally like the taste of Stevia. I use 2 packets in my coffee every morning, I also use it on homemade pancakes & french toast. Stevia is all natural and not artificial. If you don't like it, don't use it. There are other options, but most of them are artificial and not very healthy for you.

Yes, Get a pair of cross training shoes for P90X. I would not recommend using running/walking shoes for these types of programs. There are a lot of lateral movements involved in P90X (Plyometrics & Cardio portion) and you can easily hurt your ankle or foot if you don't have the correct support on your feet. Hope this helps!
